We do our very best to pay all affiliates approximately 15 days into each month (depending on a Sunday or Bank Holiday) and if you think you have not been paid, please do not panic. Just drop us an email, which we tend to pretty much 24/7 and one of our colleagues will be in touch. Often, if a payment has been missed there are a couple of reasons why this could be:

• You are a new affiliate, not on the pay register yet, and we may just be confirming your details and checking your credentials.
• There may have been an alert notifying us of a possible problem with a particular offer that you may have been running and we are double checking it.
• Contact/Payment details are missing/wrong and we will need to contact you to verify them.
• Also, if you have suddenly done considerably more traffic than you have done before that might alert us. We may contact you just to check everything is alright.
• Occasionally, it may have been human error (we are human as well )
