Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You are permitted a limited license solely to view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from our Site for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these Terms of Use.

You are prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying or otherwise exploiting material on our Site for a commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by us.

8.1 Suspension and Termination

We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of these Terms of Use through your use of our site. When a breach has occurred, we may take such action, as we deem appropriate including all or any of the following actions:

(a) Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site.

(b) Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our Site.

(c) Issue of a warning to you

(d) Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.

(e) Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

8.2 Indemnity

You shall defend, indemnify and hold us and our officers, directors and employees harmless on demand from and against all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including, without limitation, court costs and reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach by you of any provision of these Terms of Use, or arising out of any assertion that you have breached any provision of these Terms of Use.




9.1 Jurisdiction

These terms, any contract that incorporates them, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their formation are governed by English law. We both agree that the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Due to the global nature of the Internet you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct.
