UK Gambling Client Hits Customer Growth Jackpot With Monetise

A UK casino broker has spoken of their delight after doubling their customer base, following a five-month lead generation project with Monetise.

Gamblers Know, an online portal for UK punters seeking the best introductory deals for casinos and slot games, reached out to Monetise at the midway point of 2020 to explore plans to accelerate their growth amid a plethora of competition in the market.

Following a consultation with a member of the advertiser account management team, a Gamblers Know lead generation campaign was launched on Monetise’s proprietary affiliate network. The affiliate managers then did what they do best, providing a matchmaking service that ensured that only affiliates with the most-fitting traffic were approved to run the campaign.

Signups for Gamblers Know are taken to an offer wall featuring some of the market’s top introductory casino offers.

Senior Advertiser Manager, Jake Guthrie – who managed the campaign – said: “We laid out to the client the most suitable affiliates based on a variety of metrics, but what we look for in particular is previous success on similar campaigns.

“Gambling and sports betting are two strong verticals for us so we weren’t short of options, but we quickly identified that email and display traffic were our two best avenues in regards to volume of leads and backend quality.”

In the first five months of the campaign being live, Monetise’s internal media buying team and affiliate partners generated more than 7,000 signups for Gamblers Know’s offer wall of casino deals, resulting in several hundred referrals to some of the UK’s leading casinos, including Paddy Power, Pokerstars Casino and mFortune.

Speaking to Monetise just before Christmas, Gamblers Know account manager Viktor Atanasovski said: “Since we launched our first campaign with Monetise we have seen 200% growth in the conversion rate, while new engagement strategies have helped us gain greater insight into the needs of our customers and our user community.
